My agent of 40 years retired and my accounts were assigned to a new agent Bret Hensley. i liked that he wanted to meet or talk with me about my insurance policies. I agreed and set a phone appointment with his colleague Natilia. She explained my auto and home insurance in depth for each of my policies and the terms. In talking she reminded me to video my personal property in order to have a up to date record. In addition I was reminded to video my jewelry and get appraisals for jewelry that I have collected over the years as proof of worth to insure current proper value.
